Key Responsibilities

  • •Create process mechanical drawings and construction packages in Revit and AutoCAD for water and wastewater infrastructure.
  • •Deliver BIM production, model setup, clash detection, and coordination reports to keep projects on track.
  • •Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders to refine designs and ensure seamless integration.
  • •Present models to clients and contribute to proposal graphics that win projects and shape communities.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on Revit experience in a professional setting
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, and Dynamo
  • •Experience with MEP layouts, pump stations, and treatment plant design (Metro Vancouver experience a plus)
  • •Technical diploma in drafting/design
  • •Strong portfolio of infrastructure projects
