Key Responsibilities

•Create reports on KPIs, financials, FTE and capacity, efficiency metrics and ongoing analytics.
•Create, improve and maintain high quality business intelligence reporting and define reporting storage and access.
•Support annual planning by authoring and presenting capital investment business cases and conducting monthly financial analysis.
•Provide ad hoc financial and data analysis and present information in a concise format with actionable recommendations to leadership.
•Regularly report to leadership on FTE movements and capacity, coordinating with HR, recruiting and CCO leadership.

Key Requirements

•Experience in reporting and analyzing financials and budgets.
•Authoritative knowledge in business regulatory knowledge and fundamentals.
•Skills in translating broad strategic intent into tactical plans and directions.
•Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong leadership and written/oral communication.
•Requires a college or university degree and/or relevant work experience, including project management leadership.
