Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate service for client transactions while maintaining thorough handling of assigned funds and records. Key Responsibilities

•Provide a distinctive client experience while completing complex and standardized transactions and maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
•Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online banking, and Mobile banking.
•Support the team sales process through outbound calling, checking client offers, identifying needs or opportunities, and referring clients to branch team members or specialists.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
•Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
