Key Responsibilities

  • •Support global end-to-end operational processes for contingent workers, ensuring onboarding, changes, and offboarding are coordinated accurately and on time.
  • •Coordinate and support purchase order (PO) creation and related activities with stakeholders to ensure complete, accurate information processed per procedures.
  • •Maintain accurate contingent worker data, records, and documentation, completing checks and providing evidence for internal and external audits.
  • •Respond to operational queries and collaborate with HR colleagues and global stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain consistent processes.
  • •Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by working with stakeholders across locations and time zones.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience supporting the contingent worker lifecycle, including onboarding, worker changes, and offboarding.
  • •Experience with PO creation or purchase-to-pay processes and collaborating with Finance, Procurement, or related teams.
  • •Experience supporting HR operations, contingent workforce processes, or HR shared services in an operational environment.
  • •Strong attention to detail and organisational skills for maintaining accurate records and data.
  • •Experience with process controls, documentation, and audit requirements, including clear and accurate record-keeping.
