Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure and support PeopleSoft Financials (GL, AR, AP), commitment control, and ledger configurations.
  • •Create and manage Chart of Accounts structures, including segment values/descriptions.
  • •Maintain cross-validation and security rules to prevent invalid data entry, and govern consolidation metadata such as intercompany elimination members and legal entity structures.
  • •Manage primary/secondary ledger mappings, reporting cube hierarchies, and customer/supplier hierarchies for consolidated reporting and credit management.
  • •Support upgrades by researching new PUM features, writing/modifying PeopleSoft code (PeopleTools/PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR), and troubleshooting metadata-related integration failures.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade or production support experience.
  • •Expertise in PeopleSoft ERP or ERP Cloud (GL, AR, AP, Cash Management).
  • •Proficiency with PeopleTools/PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR and SQL, plus strong integration and interface knowledge (Integration Broker, Component Interfaces).
  • •Experience configuring PeopleSoft Financials, including ledger and commitment control setups, cross-validation/security rules, and reconciliation rules.
  • •Strong understanding of financial consolidation concepts (GAAP/IFRS) and Record-to-Report processes, plus advanced Excel/Smart View skills.
