Job Summary

Provide remote technical support for security services by investigating and resolving client incidents, ensuring zero missed SLA conditions. Maintain support processes, document and close incidents, and use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and report performance. Monitor service delivery against SLAs, apply preventative measures, and escalate unresolved incidents while coordinating with stakeholders to drive secure, timely resolution. Maintain accurate configuration on configuration items (CIs).

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the support process and handle client requests according to procedures.
•Use service assurance software to investigate, diagnose, and report on incidents and performance statistics.
•Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures, including monitoring service delivery against SLAs and maintaining records.
•Remotely investigate root causes, assist with remedies and preventative measures, and escalate unresolved incidents until resolved.
•Maintain secure, accurate configuration on configuration items (CIs), tracking and correcting information related to CIs and documenting/closing incidents.

Key Requirements

•Entry level knowledge of security technologies such as Firewall, IPS, IDS, Proxy, and related tools.
•Entry level experience providing technical remote support to clients in security technologies.
•Entry level experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting for security incidents.
•Entry level knowledge of vendor technologies including Cisco, Microsoft, ARC, Audio Codes, PeterConnect, and Sonus.
•Degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology/Computing; associate-level security certifications (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA, ACCA, PCNSA, CCSA).
