Money Network Operations Director

Own operational performance for regulated cardholder servicing, using trend analysis and action planning to improve service levels and client outcomes. Lead cross-functional execution across vendor management, incident and problem management, and operational readiness for cardholder-impacting changes. Develop and maintain runbooks, procedures, and knowledge bases, manage SLAs, and oversee settlement-related processes with accuracy, timeliness, reconciliation, and regulatory alignment while partnering with EBT and pre-paid Debit customers.
