Job Summary

Lead end-to-end cloud transformation and large-scale migrations for Atlassian’s most complex enterprise customers. You’ll evaluate customer environments, align technical execution to business outcomes, manage migration risk and readiness, and translate APIs, webhooks, and automation into cloud adoption plans. Partner across Sales, Solutions, Support, Product Management, Channel Partners, and Engineering to govern delivery lifecycle from discovery through UAT and go-live, acting as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end cloud transformation engagements by evaluating customer environments and aligning technical execution with business outcomes.
•Facilitate migration readiness assessments, interpret guardrail results, and recommend remediations using data and engineering insights.
•Explain and guide migration of technical architecture components, including APIs, webhooks, and automation, across on-prem to cloud.
•Govern the migration lifecycle through measurable outcomes and coordination with support and engineering from discovery to UAT and go-live.
•Act as trusted advisor and escalation point for senior leadership, run plan reviews/steering committees, and mentor peers through enablement efforts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,400 - 235,000 annually

•Proven track record leading data migration, systems integrations, or platform transformations.
•Knowledge of APIs, automations, and integration patterns, including translating between on-prem and cloud.
•Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how process and tooling connect to delivery outcomes.
•Ability to influence senior customer decision-makers and negotiate effectively with C-suite executives.
