  • •Provide general legal advice for strategic sourcing and IT procurement, including e-commerce and digitalization contract topics.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate sourcing contracts, especially large international outsourcing contracts.
  • •Tailor legal advice within Zurich’s insurance business activities and maintain intra-group agreements from a Group perspective.
  • •Support Zurich Capability Centers globally and provide Board Secretariat support to certain Group entities.
  • •Lead and develop a team of two specialized lawyers.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree and Bar exam, preferably from Switzerland.
  • •At least ten years of relevant experience in contract drafting and negotiations, preferably in IT/new technologies and digital distribution of services (including related legal topics).
  • •Experience working with insurance/financial services and drafting/reviewing/negotiating captive reinsurance contracts.
  • •Strong negotiating and communication skills with experience coordinating global or regional projects and lawyers across jurisdictions.
  • •Interest in technology and the legal environment, with eagerness to deepen specialist know-how in sourcing/IT procurement and digital offerings.
