Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary expert and advocate for the enterprise semantic layer; define and prioritize semantic model structures, golden records, and data relationships with cross-functional teams
  • •Design and deliver enablement programs (workshops, bootcamps, office hours, hackathons) and manage day-to-day workflows including access provisioning in collaboration with InfoSec and Compliance
  • •Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and reusable usage patterns to enable self-service data consumption and cultivate power users
  • •Consult with data scientists, developers, and analysts on effective querying and integration with the semantic layer to maximize value
  • •Translate strategic value of the semantic layer to engineers and executives, articulating benefits aligned with IPO readiness and data trust

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in Data Enablement, Data Analytics, Data Architecture, or Data Product roles with focus on user empowerment and semantic layer design
  • •Ability to translate complex business problems into clear data requirements, semantic model specifications, and data dictionary definitions
  • •Hands-on experience with data platforms for data modeling, governance, and consumption patterns
  • •Experience with Master Data Management principles: data quality, governance, stewardship, and lifecycle management
  • •Familiarity with modern data tools (SQL, Python, Tableau) and semantic layer integration; proven experience designing and delivering technical training programs
