Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, release, and track engineering lots in manufacturing systems; monitor hold lots and support timely issue resolution.
  • •Execute authorized MES transactions (lot creation, issue lot, undo process, and lot recovery) and support CQ lot start and build execution.
  • •Receive and verify FOUP material readiness; perform FOUP/FOSB transfers; execute FOSB packaging and shipment preparation; coordinate deliveries for lab analysis.
  • •Configure inspection recipes and operational setup; modify and maintain Atlas maps; perform routine operational checks for lot readiness and continuity.
  • •Investigate hold lot issues, escalate manufacturing/system issues as needed, maintain accurate operational records, and apply AI-enabled tools for improved visibility and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to create, release, and track engineering lots within manufacturing systems and monitor hold lots for timely resolution.
  • •Experience executing authorized MES transactions, including lot creation, issue lot, undo process, and lot recovery activities.
  • •Ability to receive FOUPs, verify material readiness, perform FOUP/FOSB transfers, and prepare FOSB packaging, shipments, and logistics records.
  • •Experience configuring inspection recipes and maintaining operational setup, including modifying and maintaining Atlas maps for engineering execution.
  • •Willingness to use AI-assisted tools (including Microsoft Copilot) to improve data analysis, issue investigation, and operational decision-making.
