Job Summary

Coordinate depot repair status for customer-returned avionic modules for the Joint Strike Fighter Depot repair program. Lead cross-functional logistics, schedule, and expenditure tracking, and produce correspondence/reports for internal and external approvals. Support Integrated Product Team efforts across asset repair and return activities, contribute to estimates at complete (EAC), and help identify trends and improvements to reduce turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide detailed depot repair status for customer-returned material as the lead coordinator.
•Work with external customers and internal teams (program management, operations, production control, quality, engineering) to achieve program results.
•Direct asset repair and return activities with logistical oversight across cross-functional areas.
•Track assets through the repair process and prepare reports/correspondence for internal and external collaboration and approval.
•Monitor expenditures and schedules, track repair status and budgets, and contribute to estimates at complete (EAC) and contract deliverables.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.

•Experience interacting with internal and external customers.
