Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Own the quality of software throughout the development lifecycle by building automated testing solutions and driving continuous testing
•Create and enhance automated testing frameworks to improve reliability, efficiency and enable rapid software delivery
•Identify opportunities to improve code quality, performance, maintainability and testability across applications
•Develop automated validation for APIs/REST services and non-UI components to strengthen end-to-end quality
•Collaborate with developers, business teams and QA professionals to implement effective testing strategies that yield reliable business outcomes

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems or a technical discipline (equivalent professional experience considered)
•Experience in software development and automated testing within the SDLC
•Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, Perl, Groovy, Oracle or SQL
•Familiarity with Agile delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD) and continuous integration practices
•Strong collaboration and communication skills to build trusted relationships and contribute to team success
