Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop tailored risk-solution plans aligned to client needs.
  • •Evaluate and analyze clients’ current insurance and other risk-transfer programs.
  • •Collaborate with liability risk solution team members to deliver advanced program design to clients.
  • •Negotiate with insurers to secure best-in-class coverage, premiums, and services.
  • •Provide training to sales teams on insurance program review and risk assessment, and share latest insights with existing and prospective customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Business-level English skills (reading, writing, conversation).
  • •Experience in roles with strong time management and high-pressure environments.
  • •Experience handling liability insurance underwriting or corporate sales experience in a non-life insurance company.
  • •Ability to perform the role and strong willingness to learn proactively, including in areas related to risk-management consulting.
  • •Must pass the non-life insurance agent general exam before or shortly after joining; holding a non-life insurance intermediary license is preferred, with possible post-hire exam requirements.
