Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; order parts; and diagnose issues using machine data.
  • •Maintain safe job practices and accurate paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts and help keep the service vehicle clean and professional.
  • •When required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance, and assist with training lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Have extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Provide superior customer service plus strong teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •Have a high school diploma; trade school certificate is preferred, with field service and maintenance/repair experience preferred.
  • •Have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and be able to lift up to 50 pounds; pass a 10-panel drug screen.
