Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and support the development of Blackstone Private Wealth’s business in Japan by creating products relevant to the local client base.
  • •Develop domestic and international structures/solutions mindful of regulatory frameworks and constraints.
  • •Interface with global Blackstone Private Wealth groups across funds, legal/compliance, finance and other internal teams.
  • •Conduct research on product structures, regulatory developments and competitor fund launches to identify scale opportunities.
  • •Work with internal teams on the full scope of product development, including operations, technology, marketing and finance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience
  • •Deep knowledge of fund structuring and regulations
  • •Relevant product development experience in asset management
  • •Knowledge of alternative funds and strategies
