Automotive Technician Line Lead

Lead a team of hourly associates in a vehicle Inspection Center to safely move cars in and out for repairs while meeting production and quality targets. Oversee daily operations, coaching, development, and performance management, and ensure teams follow Carvana systems, policies, and procedures. Review and approve mechanical and physical defects, train associates using Quality Control standards, and support the Inspection Center General Manager in repairing or rejecting inventory based on cost and vehicle quality.
