Job Summary

Lead global planning and reporting process strategy for FP&A within the Finance Planning & Reporting CoE. Drive continuous improvement and standardization across Commercial Finance and Manufacturing Finance, while shaping the CoE’s data and tool strategy. Manage high-impact, cross-functional projects spanning automation and transformation, establish KPIs for process and technology adoption, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver insights and enable better decision-making across the organization.

•Define and drive the CoE’s global planning and reporting process strategy across Commercial Finance, Manufacturing Finance, and data/technology initiatives.
•Lead initiatives to streamline finance processes, remove inefficiencies, and implement global best practices.
•Shape and advance CoE data management frameworks and technology solutions to enable accurate reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency.
•Manage complex, cross-functional projects for process standardization, automation, and transformation, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
•Establish and monitor KPIs to track process effectiveness, technology adoption, and overall CoE performance.

•Degree educated or equivalent.
