Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and automate operational and management reports, eliminating manual reporting through AI adoption where needed.
  • •Analyze AR trends, aging, collections performance, DSO, and cash forecast metrics; identify risks, opportunities, and business trends.
  • •Build dashboards and reporting solutions (AI solutions where applicable) and perform root-cause analysis on AR issues and disputes.
  • •Lead reporting and automation projects from requirements gathering through implementation, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • •Support process improvement by defining reporting standards, controls, and governance, improving data quality with business and technical teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business analytics, economics, information systems, or a related field.
  • •Several years of experience in reporting, business analysis, financial analysis, project management, or process improvement.
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, Power Query, complex formulas, and data modeling.
  • •Experience supporting Finance, Credit & Collections, Treasury, Accounts Receivable, or similar operational functions.
  • •Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
