Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver server-side development for ByteDance’s travel products, focusing on high availability and scalability through quality design and coding.
  • •Improve team efficiency by exploring tools and processes and contributing to the team’s technical construction.
  • •Support the full product delivery lifecycle, including requirement review, system design, testing communication/support, and production monitoring/operations.
  • •Contribute to project management activities across releases and operational support.
  • •Lead medium and large projects through effective communication and collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or related fields.
  • •Familiar with Java or Golang, including JVM or Golang pprof tuning for troubleshooting service issues.
  • •Experience with distributed system design patterns and using message queues, distributed storage, cache, and lock technologies to build robust systems.
  • •Knowledge of operating systems, computer networks, information security, and data structures/algorithms to solve problems.
  • •Experience with MySQL and mainstream NoSQL databases, including usage and optimization; able to troubleshoot on Linux with a scripting language.
