Executive (Purchasing)

Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure compliance with procurement policies, then negotiate pricing, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and service conditions. Create and track purchase orders, validate supplier statements of account against issued orders, and coordinate with Finance for payments. Support accurate financial reporting by collecting costing documentation and calculating accruals, while working with Legal to ensure vendor contracts meet requirements and mitigate risk.
