Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of key compensation initiative programs for compensation strategy, process improvement, and tool implementation/development.
  • •Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and issues; develop contingency plans to ensure success.
  • •Develop presentation materials to clarify complex issues and propose solutions.
  • •Develop business requirements for building scalable compensation solutions by gathering information on business processes and use cases.
  • •Coordinate stakeholder expectations, manage program status/risks/issues communication, and support functional testing to ensure system implementation.

Key Requirements
