Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to the existing customer base and conduct outside sales activities such as presentations and community financial literacy events as directed.
  • •Process teller transactions and participate in the consumer loan and bankcard process, including owning sourced loans through closing; support opening/closing of the financial center or bank mart as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Demonstrated ability to understand advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
