Job Summary

Support Glovo’s Third-Party Logistics (3PL) team by driving operational efficiency through hands-on PMO tasks, streamlined process building, and small automation initiatives. Analyze fleet and operational data to create and improve dashboards and KPIs, helping the team eliminate bottlenecks and maximize order volumes. Collaborate across Operations, Strategy, Tech, Finance, and Legal to rollout new tech and processes across the 3PL network in Spain.

•Support management, tracking, and rollout of core operational initiatives across Spain’s 3PL provider network.
•Identify workflow bottlenecks and design efficient, repeatable processes; implement small automation to remove manual work.
•Deep dive into fleet and operational data; create, maintain, and improve dashboards to analyze KPIs and operational efficiency.
•Support rollout of new Glovo tech, features, and operational processes across the 3PL network to enable smooth onboarding.
•Coordinate with Operations, Strategy, Tech, Finance, and Legal to integrate new processes and initiatives across the supply network.

•A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related field.
•Advanced comfort working with data, including experience building dashboards and tracking KPIs (e.g., Looker, Google Sheets/Excel, PowerBI).
•A process and automation mindset, with experience using basic automation tools, scripts, or advanced macros a plus.
•Strong organizational and PMO skills, comfortable managing multiple small initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
•Native/Fluent Spanish with high working proficiency in English; true team player willing to learn and adapt to change.
