Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new hires receive necessary information and resources and engage them effectively.
•Assist in policy compliance and maintain Confluence pages with clear communication of policies and processes.
•Track mandatory training completion and analyze training surveys to support improvements.
•Support engagement initiatives and analyze engagement surveys to provide insights to management.
•Oversee HR data workflows and reporting, maintaining HR metrics and generating periodic insights for business needs.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in People Assistant, People Experience or a similar role, ideally in a remote, fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
