•Own the outbound engine, setting pipeline targets, refining ICP, and ensuring the team consistently generates quality opportunities for Account Executives.
•Partner with the GTM engineer to design and ship new outbound campaigns and workflows—from intent-signal sourcing to AI-assisted personalisation to automated follow-up sequences.
•Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating new tools and approaches, running experiments, and doubling down on what works.
•Set the standard for quality over volume by coaching SDRs to prioritise relevance and insight in every touchpoint.
