Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and engineering of ITS subsystems, including field devices and smart mobility components (e.g., ANPR, VMS, CCTV, traffic sensors).
  • •Develop integrated ITS system architectures connecting field devices, communication infrastructure, and centralized control systems.
  • •Design ITS communication networks using fiber optic, wireless, and IP/MPLS-based infrastructure.
  • •Produce technical deliverables such as detailed drawings, interface control documents (ICDs), technical specifications, and BoQs.
  • •Coordinate with transportation planners, civil engineers, ICT teams, and local authorities; mentor junior engineers and support RFP preparation and technical evaluations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, ICT, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 8–12 years of experience in ITS and smart mobility engineering projects.
  • •Strong expertise in ITS systems design and smart mobility/transportation technologies.
  • •Good understanding of communication networks including fiber optic, wireless, and IP/MPLS systems.
  • •Deep knowledge of standards and technologies such as NTCIP, ISO 39001, EN standards, C-ITS, and V2X.
