Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor production processes and products using sensory evaluation, weight control, and analytical testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • •Evaluate finished products for moisture, ingredient content, breakage, color, package fill, weights, seal integrity, and code date legibility.
  • •Perform and accurately document quality testing and inspections for incoming raw materials, in-process products, finished goods, and external supplier products.
  • •Use laboratory and testing equipment to verify product quality and compliance.
  • •Communicate out-of-specification results and quality concerns to Production and QA leadership; perform sanitation verifications and pre-operational equipment inspections.
