Key Responsibilities

  • •Create weekly replenishment plans at the supplier level using inventory parameters, actual sell-out, and planned forecast.
  • •Participate in S&OP forecast meetings and calculate supply plans from the generated demand forecast.
  • •Prepare and update monthly and weekly supply planning files and KPI reports based on actuals.
  • •Maintain healthy inventory in distribution centers and stores against target days cover, collaborating with demand planning specialists to drive adjustments.
  • •Monitor supplier issues, escalate as necessary, identify slow/no-movement SKUs, and work with inventory controllers on cross-warehouse stock balancing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • •2–3 years of work experience in demand or supply planning.
  • •Experience with FMCG/grocery retailers is a plus.
  • •Experience in demand planning for online marketplaces or e-commerce is a plus.
  • •Strong analytical, detail-oriented skills with excellent communication and presentation ability, and comfort working with Excel and/or Google Sheets.
