Key Responsibilities

  • •Define manufacturing infrastructure requirements for new AI server and rack products, including power, cooling, utilities, environmental needs, and Factory Acceptance Criteria.
  • •Assess factory readiness for New Product Introduction (NPI) and translate product power, cooling, and testing requirements into factory infrastructure specifications.
  • •Evaluate emerging technologies including Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC), in-rack/in-row coolant distribution units (CDUs), high-density rack solutions, and high-efficiency power architectures.
  • •Develop long-range capacity plans as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting sustaining capabilities and business growth/technology roadmaps.
  • •Partner with factory and global teams to create project plans and schedules and manage budget, timeline, and scope.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or Operations Engineering.
  • •Engineering degree in Industrial or Electrical or Controls Systems Engineering; cooling systems knowledge is an advantage.
  • •Understanding of industrial engineering methods such as flow analysis, simulations, and capacity assessment, plus experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and factory deployment/infrastructure scale-up.
  • •Experience leading global, cross-functional teams on high-budget CapEx projects under time and cost pressure.
  • •Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish; PMP or IPMA is a plus, plus experience with CAD and/or MTM software.
