Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive the strategic account planning process for The Accent Group banners across adidas Pacific.
  • •Develop and execute the Fashion Influencer and Specialty channel strategy to build brand heat and consumer relevance.
  • •Lead senior stakeholder relationships with key customer partners and oversee the True East sales agency relationship.
  • •Translate consumer, customer, and market insights into commercial plans that protect brand consistency and improve execution.
  • •Manage trade terms and KPIs (sell-in/sell-out, availability, inventory, margin, digital growth, and market share) and lead cross-functional alignment to deliver outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Own short-, mid-, and long-term account planning for The Accent Group banners to support sustainable market share growth.
  • •Develop and execute the Fashion Influencer and Specialty channel strategy for adidas Australia.
  • •Build senior-level customer relationships and serve as a preferred strategic partner across relevant banners and channels.
  • •Provide people leadership with at least 5 years of people leadership and operational management experience, leading teams through priorities and change.
  • •Minimum 9 to 10 years of sales experience in a large sales organisation, ideally across apparel/fashion/footwear/sport/lifestyle/FMCG, with experience managing strategic wholesale accounts and trade terms.
