Job Summary

Collaborate with manufacturing (MFG) and cross-functional teams to meet daily move, output, cycle time, and line yield targets. Support fab performance through daily engineering standups, tool setup and scheduling, DL deployment, and tool time request management. Partner with production control and engineering on tool time requests, lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on DL productivity, 5S, safety, and quality compliance, and ensure adequate control wafer supply.

Key Responsibilities

•Co-work with MFG and cross-functional teams to meet daily move, output, cycle time, and line yield targets through dispatch priorities, tool setup allocation, tool PM scheduling, DL deployment, tool time request management, and related activities.
•Participate in daily engineering meetings to highlight line key focus and priorities supporting fab daily performance.
•Collaborate daily with MFG production control and engineering teams on tool time request.
•Drive MFG continuous improvement for DL productivity, 5S, safety, and quality compliance.
•Ensure adequate supply of control wafers to meet daily tool requirements, and lead/participate in continuous improvement projects.

•Strong conceptual knowledge and technical experience to solve everyday problems on the job.
•Solid interpersonal skills and ability to clearly explain complex information to others.
•Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in tight spaces, including bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, and lifting.
•Ability to distinguish between colors.
•Ability to work in noisy environments and use hand and power tools, including appropriate PPE for clean room work.
