Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. Identify customers’ financial goals, recommend appropriate deposit and other banking products, and process transactions accurately while balancing daily. Use a disciplined sales approach—including follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals—to deepen relationships. Educate customers on deposit products and refer them to other bank areas while adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
