Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute retail strategies, using local market knowledge and business trends to drive performance
  • •Set and track KPI-based goals to develop business-driving strategies and support sales and profitability targets
  • •Lead and develop the store team through coaching, performance management, training, and inclusive growth
  • •Oversee sales/service, operations, and visual execution by supporting managers and ensuring operational and visual guidelines are met
  • •Maintain safe and efficient operations, build schedules that manage labor effectively, and coordinate communication strategies to achieve store KPIs
