Job Summary

Perform general assembler duties in the manufacturing plant, including manual assembly of seat parts, stores duties, leather work, machine operations, and preparing/painting finished parts. Assemble and/or install electrical and mechanical components using blueprints, wire lists, and diagrams. Follow the production build plan and team lead instructions, support daily and monthly production targets, and ensure compliance with EH&S, safety, quality, and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Undertake general assembler duties including manual assembly of seat parts, stores duties, leather work, machine operations, and preparing/painting finished parts.
•Assemble and/or install electrical and mechanical components based on blueprints, wire lists, diagrams, or established shop practices.
•Follow production build plan and team lead instructions; perform routine preparation tasks for assembly.
•Handle more complex equipment and machinery and perform quick failure analysis with proposed actions to the team lead/supervisor.
•Support safety, quality, and productivity by making suggestions to leads, working with Manufacturing Support and Quality teams, and adhering to EH&S practices.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of related experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
•At least 2 years technical or vocational course graduate.
•Preferably experience with manufacturing tools and techniques (CI, Kaizen, 5S).
•Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English.
•Willingness to work shifting schedules and remain flexible with working hours, environment, and overtime; ability to meet targets and deadlines.
