Associate Director of Business Development responsible for identifying, shaping and capturing opportunities to grow revenue in the Middle East, working cross-functionally with product, engineering and execution teams to translate client needs into strategic capture plans and new business across Anduril’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Find, pursue and close business within the Middle East region, involving significant international travel, trade show coordination, and understanding of country-specific budget cycles; develop growth strategies and lead proposal and capture efforts.
•Develop capture strategies with cohesive business plans and execution models, engaging stakeholders to shape requirements, secure funding, and craft win themes for competitive captures.
•Drive product adoption and program transition by translating client needs into engineering input and communicating milestones to leadership, guiding products toward major programs of record.
•Grow existing business by representing all business lines across Anduril’s portfolio, partnering with execution teams and engineers to expand current work and explore new areas with existing clients.
•Communicate Anduril’s value to clients as brand ambassadors to a broad audience, conveying insights on next-generation defense technology and competitive edges.

•Experience leading defense capture and growth initiatives with a track record of building, executing, and winning opportunities, especially in international markets and the Middle East.
•Acquisition or operational experience with defense systems across various roles and missions.
•Experience working with foreign militaries or ministries of defense, with established relationships in the Middle East.
•Ability to travel 50% - 75% and operate in nascent or high-ownership environments.
•Bachelor's degree.
