Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and update structured training programs for LEAP 1-A & 1-B engine types and module overhauls per OEM manuals.
  • •Plan classroom and workshop-floor instruction for specialized MRO processes including borescope inspections, module disassembly, component rework, and engine test cell calibration.
  • •Oversee apprentice on-the-job training paths, track task-card sign-offs, and use electronic task cards and smart technology aids.
  • •Ensure training procedures align with aviation airworthiness standards such as CAAS Part 145, EASA Part-145, or FAA regulations.
  • •Conduct Human Factors and EHS briefings to train staff on aviation maintenance human factors and workshop safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • •3–5 years of hands-on experience as an aircraft engine technician or inspector in an MRO environment.
  • •Possess an Aircraft Maintenance License (e.g., CAAS B1.1) or equivalent (highly advantageous).
  • •Certification in adult training or instructional design (e.g., ACLP or equivalent) is preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of engine structures, teardown procedures, quality management systems (AS9110/AS9100), and interpreting engine manuals and technical drawings.
