Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and support product strategy for ModSim and planning-tool integrations with roadmap and prioritization input
  • •Propose process and product improvements from planner workflows, feedback, and adoption metrics
  • •Partner with product teams to define and improve observability and telemetry for the program
  • •Work with product and engineering teams to identify integration and reliability gaps that inform strategy and priorities
  • •Support hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance, including incident triage, diagnosis, and contributing to postmortems and status visibility
