Job Summary

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in a clinical setting. You will assess patients’ health needs, develop and update individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and support wound care and emergency response. Key Responsibilities

•Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring and symptom observation.
•Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
•Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and provide wound care with infection monitoring.
•Respond to medical emergencies, perform purposeful rounding, and follow infection control standards including PPE and hand hygiene.
•Maintain accurate patient care records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary professionals; guide junior staff and nursing students.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
•Minimum one year of clinical experience; staff with less than one year may join the RN residency program.
•Hold a license from the country of origin and be eligible for practice under the regional health regulatory authority (e.g., SCFHS / DHA).
•Maintain certifications/course requirements as applicable, including BLS, ACLS, and other LSTC courses.
•Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, teamwork under work pressure, and ability to use common office tools for documentation.
