  • •Serve as a strategic communications partner to senior HR leaders, advising on messaging, positioning, audience strategy, channels, and engagement.
  • •Translate HR programs, policies, and initiatives into clear, compelling communications for colleagues and leaders.
  • •Plan and deliver end-to-end internal communications campaigns, using insights and measurement to assess effectiveness and continuously improve engagement.
  • •Manage colleague event logistics and presentations (e.g., town halls, forums, fireside chats) and drive multiple workstreams to completion with high quality.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience within a corporate communications, marketing or HR organization, and/or agency/client-facing work.
  • •Demonstrated experience with internal and senior executive communications.
  • •Proven track record delivering high-impact communications, including message development, strategic planning, digital content, channel strategy, and audience measurement.
  • •Strong design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
