Key Responsibilities

  • •Maximize customer lifetime value and success for a portfolio of Enterprise accounts by driving retention, revenue realization, and long-term advocacy.
  • •Proactively identify and mitigate account risks with significant technical complexity; deliver cross-disciplinary solutions to critical customer challenges.
  • •Conduct comprehensive customer business reviews, analyzing technical health and risk and translating insights into business-critical outcomes.
  • •Develop and execute account strategy elements that improve customer maturity, lifetime value, retention, and revenue realization; track and report progress against key business outcomes.
  • •Amplify the voice of the customer internally by influencing product roadmap direction and coordinating across Sales, Product, Services, and Support; mentor team members.

Key Requirements

  • •7 to 10+ years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Customer Success, Solutions Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services, Technical Account Management) for a deeply technical, ideally consumption-based, product.
  • •4+ years accountable for customer health and revenue realization for Enterprise customers.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence technical and business outcomes across audiences from developers to C-suite.
  • •Experience building and executing account strategies to drive customer maturity, lifetime value, retention, and revenue realization.
  • •A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent technical work experience.
