Key Responsibilities

  • •Research & Development: gather requirements, discuss solutions with cross-functional teams, define clear specifications, coordinate or conduct the implementation into software, perform comprehensive testing, and create documentation and demos.
  • •Customer Engagement: collaborate with key customers and partners to enable their success, understand their needs, drive adoption, address their challenges, and further enhance our products and solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or PhD degree in electrical engineering, physics, or similar fields
  • •3+ years in designing photonic ICs, through full design cycles (simulation, layout, tape-out, and measurement)
  • •Experience in photonic circuit simulation, and ideally electronic-photonic co-simulation
  • •Experience in photonic compact modeling, preferably using Verilog-A
  • •Experience in photonic device simulation and parameter extraction
