Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, manage, and support training and educational programs for customer personnel.
  • •Develop and execute unit collective training planning and execution from Battalion to Corps levels, identifying and resolving gaps before training.
  • •Apply best practices in staff training and provide tailored technical and training solutions for Army mission command training.
  • •Gather observations during training events and provide input to unit after action reviews (AARs), while maintaining a TTP repository.
  • •Serve as a recognized technical expert and mentor/observer/trainer as required, keeping knowledge current on training methodology and technology trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree required.
  • •10+ years of related experience.
  • •Advanced ability to train individuals in the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) and command post operations.
  • •Experience in operations, planning, and training requirements at battalion and higher level, with training management background.
  • •Thorough understanding of Sustainment and C2 and inter-dependencies, plus experience serving in roles such as battalion S3, XO, or SPO in a Sustainment unit.
