Job Summary

Provide technical guidance to Stripe partners as part of the Partner Solutions Architecture team. Build partners’ Stripe capabilities through co-solutioning, education, and enablement, including creating technical business plans and defining solution strategies with partner executives and technical leaders. Lead technical discussions, support partner sales opportunities, educate internal sales teams on partner solutions, and share industry thought leadership through QBRs, webinars, conferences, and partner-focused technical content.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with key partners to build Stripe capabilities and solutions that drive growth in the AUNZ business.
•Develop and execute enablement plans for partners.
•Lead technical discussions and solution deep-dives on the value Stripe provides to partners’ clients.
•Engage with CTOs and technical leads to share technology roadmaps and define solution strategy to expand partnership revenue.
•Provide oversight and guidance during partner sales processes and communicate success internally through QBRs and related activities.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in a customer-facing engineering role (e.g., solution consultant, solutions architect, sales engineer) for a global software enterprise.
•Experience working with customers and partners (e.g., GSI/SI) in the AUNZ region.
•Advanced AI fluency, including agentic commerce and agents.
•Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture.
•Ability to learn and apply Stripe solutions such as Payments, Billing, and Connect, and understand how enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Billing, Tax, legacy systems) interact.
