Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards and stockroom standards through safe, efficient store operations.
  • •Use metrics to support business-driving strategies and resolve guest needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Ability to work constant movement in and around the store for an entire shift.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
