Join the Global Employment Law team to provide strategic, in-house employment legal advice to HR and business stakeholders across the EMEA region. You’ll advise on employment relationship matters including recruitment, global mobility, workplace investigations, and terminations/disputes, while partnering with other counsel to shape risk-based solutions. The role also includes drafting employment policies and agreements and delivering internal training on key legal topics.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders to inform strategy and develop employment policies and practices across EMEA.
•Advise on employment relationship legal issues, including recruitment, global mobility, workplace investigations, terminations, and disputes.
•Collaborate with other Global Legal counsel to provide consolidated strategic guidance for regional and global initiatives.
•Partner with HR to develop and draft employment policies, agreements, and business procedures to support compliance.
•Prepare and deliver internal training on employment law matters.

Key Requirements

•Qualified to practice law in Ireland or the UK, with 5+ years of experience.
•Significant employment law experience from private practice or an in-house legal department.
•Ability to navigate cross-border employment law issues across multiple jurisdictions, including collective employment rights.
•Comfort advising on GDPR and collaborating with data privacy legal counsel.
•Excellent legal writing and communication skills, with strong judgment and interpersonal skills.
