Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders to inform strategy and develop employment policies and practices across EMEA.
  • •Advise on employment relationship legal issues, including recruitment, global mobility, workplace investigations, terminations, and disputes.
  • •Collaborate with other Global Legal counsel to provide consolidated strategic guidance for regional and global initiatives.
  • •Partner with HR to develop and draft employment policies, agreements, and business procedures to support compliance.
  • •Prepare and deliver internal training on employment law matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified to practice law in Ireland or the UK, with 5+ years of experience.
  • •Significant employment law experience from private practice or an in-house legal department.

  • •Comfort advising on GDPR and collaborating with data privacy legal counsel.
  • •Excellent legal writing and communication skills, with strong judgment and interpersonal skills.
