Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the subject matter expert for airline platform capabilities across Commercial, Product, and Engineering.
  • •Lead technical onboarding and enablement for strategic airline and platform partners to accelerate integrations.
  • •Support partners during implementation by troubleshooting technical and commercial challenges and sharing best practices.
  • •Evaluate partner proposals, technical approaches, and commercial models; assess and recommend improvements to platform capabilities and integration scalability.
  • •Translate recurring partner feedback and market trends into platform improvements, new features, and better developer experiences.
