Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. Proactively identify customers’ financial goals, recommend deposit and other banking products, and process transactions accurately while balancing daily. Resolve customer issues, educate customers on consumer deposit products, and use a disciplined sales process with follow-up, outbound calling, and referral sourcing. Partner with other bank areas to deepen relationships while following all risk and regulatory policies.
