Senior Construction Project Manager – TI / Fit Out

Oversee tenant improvement and interior fit-out construction projects for a high-profile technology client, managing stakeholders, general contractors, and day-to-day delivery. Lead project planning, governance, change control, reporting, and quality control while minimizing disruption in occupied facilities. Handle financial management including client invoicing and project financial monitoring, and collaborate with design and engineering teams and consultants across all project stages.
