Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee tenant improvement and interior fit-out projects onsite (5 days per week) at the client’s Elk Grove facility.
  • •Coordinate and manage general contractors to deliver safely, on schedule, and within scope.
  • •Create detailed project plans; apply performance management and manage change control throughout delivery.
  • •Monitor project budget progress and handle financial management including client invoicing and project financial status.
  • •Establish project governance and ensure quality control and compliance with quality standards, including SOX controls where applicable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Prior GC experience required.
  • •Construction project management experience with a highly effective, client-facing approach.
  • •College degree in Construction Management (or related) and PMP certification.
  • •Tenant Improvement and fitout experience with commercial real estate projects.
  • •Experience coordinating demanding stakeholders and work stream managers.
