Compensation Consultant

Design and redesign incentive plans and job evaluation models, create compensation guidance tools, and advise HR business partners and line of business managers on company compensation policies. Support employment issue guidance (including FLSA and wage-and-hour matters), develop compensation training, and partner on reorganizations, job design, market pricing, and exemption status determination. Hybrid schedule with in-office expectation of 3+ days per week.
